If travel restrictions are still in place nearer the time your booking is due to start, we will release you from your contract and refund deposit and instalment fee subject to you providing us the relevant travel restriction proof.

Yes, you can self-isolate at our residences and Londonist will be here to provide you with all information you need. We are also currently offering Quarantine+ to help you with all necessities needed for your quarantine period.

You can purchase food via online stores. These will be delivered to the reception of your reception and brought to you (left outside your room door). Read our COVID CARE page for links for food deliveries.

If your university start date has been delayed to October due to the pandemic, we are willing to defer your contract start date accordingly subject to you notifying us 4 weeks before.

Subsequently, if your university further delays the start date due to the pandemic, we will again defer your contract start date accordingly subject to you notifying us 4 weeks before.
