Located on floors 2-10, these rooms have a massive 28-29 sq m floor plan and are our biggest single occupancy rooms.

These high-end rooms have everything you need and are designed with contemporary design in mind. They feature a stylish private kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. Modern furniture is included along with loads of storage, hardwood floors with underfloor heating, a study area and great building features like a cinema room. Rooms of this type below the fourth floor do not have an opening window.

For friends looking to share, these rooms have two small double beds with shared private kitchen and bathroom and are well kitted-out.

On floors 2-7, these rooms give 29 sqm of living space, with two small double beds, a study area, wardrobe and en suite shower room. Your private shared kitchen and dining area comes with a combi oven, hob and fridge, and underfloor heating is standard throughout. You also get building perks like use of the cinema room with its regular film nights. Rooms of this type below the third floor do not have an opening window.
