Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Eligibility
- This promotion is available to customers who make an eligible accommodation booking between 19 October and 31 December 2026, inclusive.
- The scheduled check-in date must fall between 1 and 17 January 2027, inclusive.
- The promotion applies to eligible accommodation bookings at participating Londonist DMC residences, subject to availability.
- A minimum accommodation duration of 16 weeks is required to qualify for the promotional discount.
- Bookings must be confirmed in accordance with Londonist DMC's standard booking procedures and applicable payment requirements.
- The promotion applies to new eligible bookings only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Londonist DMC.
2. Cashback Discount Structure
Eligible customers may receive the following promotional benefits:

- The advertised cashback benefit is provided as a direct discount against the accommodation fee. It is not a separate cash payment or cash refund.
- The applicable discount will be deducted from the accommodation fee and reflected in the customer's booking confirmation or payment breakdown.
- Only one promotional discount tier may be applied per eligible booking.
- The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The promotional discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or special offers unless expressly confirmed by Londonist DMC in writing before booking.
- The applicable discount is determined by the confirmed contractual accommodation duration.
3. Book Now, Pay Later
- Eligible customers may secure their accommodation during the campaign period and defer the required accommodation payment in accordance with the payment terms communicated during booking.
- The required accommodation payment must be completed no later than 28 calendar days (four weeks) before the scheduled check-in date.
- For bookings made within 28 calendar days of the scheduled check-in date, the required accommodation payment must be made at the time of booking, unless an alternative payment arrangement is expressly agreed in writing by Londonist DMC.
- The exact amount payable, payment schedule and applicable deadline will be confirmed to the customer before the booking is finalised.
- Failure to make the required payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable booking agreement and cancellation terms.
- Book Now, Pay Later does not waive any contractual payment obligations or guarantee accommodation without completion of the required booking procedures.
4. Booking Amendments and Early Departure
- Any changes to the check-in date, accommodation duration, residence or room type are subject to availability and Londonist DMC's applicable booking terms.
- Where an approved booking amendment reduces the contractual accommodation duration, the promotional discount may be recalculated according to the revised eligible booking duration.
- If the revised booking no longer satisfies the campaign eligibility requirements, the promotional discount may be withdrawn and the accommodation fee adjusted accordingly.
- Early departure does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Any financial adjustment will be determined by the applicable accommodation agreement, cancellation terms and the circumstances of departure.
- Any discount adjustment must comply with the customer's contractual and statutory rights.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions provided to the customer during the booking process.
- Where a booking is validly cancelled, the promotional discount will cease to apply.
- Any refund, cancellation charge or outstanding payment will be calculated in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and relevant consumer protection laws.
- The promotional discount has no separate cash value and cannot be claimed as a standalone refund.
6. Availability and Restrictions
- All promotional offers are subject to accommodation availability at participating residences.
- Londonist DMC does not guarantee that every room type or accommodation duration will be available throughout the campaign period.
- The offer is limited to eligible bookings that meet the published campaign requirements.
- Londonist DMC may verify booking eligibility and request information reasonably necessary to administer the promotion.
General Conditions
- Londonist DMC may amend, extend or withdraw the campaign where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice customers with already confirmed eligible bookings.
- Any material changes to the promotion will be communicated through appropriate channels.
- These campaign terms must be read alongside the applicable Londonist DMC booking terms and accommodation agreement.
- In the event of an inconsistency, the customer's statutory rights will remain unaffected.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
- These promotional terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
