Our journey began with 30 rooms in 2013 and counting over 1000 rooms in numerous central London locations. We are delighted to announce a new addition to the list of residences available to our students.

Join us to welcome the Downing Vega residence located in Vauxhall, South London. It is an impressive property that is 37-storeys high with a spacious rooftop terrace that affords a view of the River Thames. There is a five-minute walk from Vauxhall station and a tube journey to University College London, University of London, and King's College London in less than 20 minutes. 

A residence that offers a range of luxury studio and shared student accommodation. With excellent amenities such as an on-site gym, gaming zone, cinema room, rooftop terrace, and private dining area. Social spaces and regular events make the student experience more enjoyable and allow friendships to blossom. 

 The room types are in three main categories - studio, shared flat ensuite, and shared flat non-ensuite. For example, the bronze studio apartments are located on floors 1-8,  built to a high standard, and include modern furniture, kitchen, and double bed. Students can work on their culinary skills by utilising the freezer compartment, electric hob, and microwave oven. They can also add collections of cooking utensils to experient the newly learned recipe. We have signed the contracts with Downing Students, and rooms in Vega will be available for our students to book on a short and long-term basis. As a company,  we are considered specialists in finding the ideal 'home away from home' accommodation experience for each student and tailor-made to their individual needs.
